RHS Flower Show
Wentworth Woodhouse 2025
We are again thrilled and privileged to be part of the prestigious RHS Flower Show, this time in Wentworth Woodhouse. We’re taking part in the Long Border Competition again this year. I’ll be updating this page as we go and there will be a lot more images and information once the shows has started.
A little about us.
We’re a team of experienced and qualified Garden Design specialising in Planting Design and Soft Landscaping. This is our second time participating in a RHS Long Border Competition, the first time was at Tatton Park. We can't wait to share our love for planting and hope to inspire others in the world of horticultural design.
Planting Design Concept
Head In The Clouds
Head in the Clouds is a therapeutic border designed to promote mental wellbeing through mindfulness reflection and tranquility. The design focuses on creating a serene immersive environment where visitors can reconnect with themselves and nature.
Central to the design are a series of shallow, still, reflective pools strategically placed to mirror the sky and clouds. These pools symbolise self reflection and provide a calming visual experience.
A standard Tamarix will create a canopy of tranquility and is strategically placed to create dappled shade, mimicking the sensation of lying under clouds.
A soft ethereal planting palette will use grasses and fluffy perennials will mimic the clouds. Cool calming colours (whites silver and soft blues) dominate, blending with the reflective pools.
